So I've been feeling the need to expand my sample libraries in FL Studio, particularly string instruments, so I can make better music. I've researched a little bit before on the FL Studio web page and found some nice decent stuff with in reasonable price range, though I can't afford to get any thing yet. Well I decided to check out some other programs and stuff, see if there was any better alternatives, so I went over to this big list of stuff PeterSatera says he used in his '11 Intel Evolved and the first one I looked up was LA Scoring Strings. What I found there was heart breaking! The first thing I noticed on the page was "LA Scoring Strings is on sale for $999!! That's almost 30% off the MSRP of $1399." That was the first thing I noticed on the front page.... Then I proceeded on to their Music Demos. The string instruments in the example music sounded so beautiful, so realistic and professional, just like the music by Two Steps From Hell, Audiomachine, Brand X, Xray Dog, Immediate Music, Mark Petrite, KPM, gaaaahh the list of music producers I listen to goes on! I can not describe the shear pain that such a beautiful music demo brought me, knowing that I have no hope of affording this in any foreseeable future. Aaaah... maybe someday...maybe... :/

Well anyways the Derelict project that I've been all excited about, as you may have been able to tell, is going to have to be postponed... indefinitely due to school and life in general. I may or may not continue work on it in the future. I can not really say for sure, but we'll see. Really though its been more of a dream, something I hope to one day complete, than anything, though I DO have some actual good ideas and stuff floating around in my head that would be really cool on screen, but as for the now I do not have the time or ability to produce any good results so we'll all just have to wait.

So yah! That's all I wanted to say! I'm sorry to disappoint anybody. Post a comment if you are. I'm not aware of anybody caring however since I never really said much about what it really was going to be, but whatever.

Hey Everyone! Been lazy for a while. Haven't been doing much music lately like I used to and most definitely haven't sent any announcements out to you guys about all my new songs when I really should have.

Got some big news! For those of ya who don't already know yet, I don't just compose music in my spare time, Im also working on for right now at least two Huge movie projects and a smaller video series.
As the only person only the project (not including the friends of mine who agreed to voice act for me) I'm really the one working on production on this, so progress is very SLOW..... ugh...

Still, what you can expect to come first is the release of the video series "Cataclysm of MM-XII," (twenty-twelve) which is placed in the state of Texas during the corresponding year.
The story starts on that stormy Tuesday night of May 1st. Kirro, after receiving a call from a friend named Alley, who needs of a ride home from her after-school job at the conveniance store Target- um... I mean Bulls-Eye's, located on the outskirts of town, he finds himself waiting in the store's "Star F*cks" coffee shop for an hour, watching the news on the Box 4 Station, before Alley shows up after having to work overtime. They leave the store and head through the stormy parking lot in the rain until they reach Kirro's "Bored" (ford) car lit only by a single lamp pole nearby. After unlocking the car, Kirro gets in, immediately turns on the radio and flips around stations but nothing seems to come in any clearer than the static and ruffled up noises. Suddenly a voice blares through,"WE...DO AWAY WITH YOUR KIND!" Alarm is raised as Kirro quickly finds that everything on the radio, the tuning knob and even the on/off button do nothing to stop the voices...

You'll have to wait to find out what happens next!

A NG buddy of mine, who goes by as Rete, just released a new game in which he used a song of mine (Irish Loop).
The game is called Villainous and is actually the complete opposite from your traditonal tower defence game! That's right you get to play as the badguys. You're an evil wizard, in charge of a bunch of minions and siege villages and stuff!

To All To Whom It May Concern Or Actually Care To Know... I'm BUZZZZYY!!!!! Ugh... I've hardly had time for anything AT ALL since the week of Christmas! I've tried to make music to but I just haven't be very satisfied with MOST of the results so I end up trashing 'em and quitting before I finish... Work on the Movie Projects has been VERY slow too... I'm still the only one working on them so thats to be expected...
Any ways Im just sayin all this cuz I thought you guyz deserved to know! ;)

It has iced over for the third time here in Texas. Gee wizz, I've lived here 18 years and never ONCE have I EVER seen as much SNOW and ICE as I have this season! (I say season cuz it wouldn't be correct to say year, being that we have New Years right smack dab in the freakin' middle.) And all this white has me wondering...... What ever happened to that DUMB Ass with his Big Ol' "Scientific theory" called Global Warming? You know, ...that rrreally smart guy named Al Gore! Where's he hidding at, HUH? A beach house somewhere over in the equator? No, ...I think I should say his Mansion on the beach somewhere in the year-round hot and sunny equator. A mansion he most definatly bought with his tax payer's money and funds from all his other organizations! I'm still waiting for an apolagy and for him to admit he was wrong. Did I miss it?
The guy Obviously never took astronomy class, otherwise he would have learned that our weather and most importantly Global Climates are effected largely by the Sun and the cycles it goes through. Sun Spots play a very big role in this and, depending on the number of them, can have an effect on global temperatures. (As well as other things)
In the 1700's, annual temperatures were recorded to be unusually low for many years. This area of time was called the "Miniature Ice Age". Sun spots them selfs last only about 11 years (I think) and the phenomina where many or only few of them occur at once can last about 20 years (Go easy on me if my numbers are off. I only took the class last semester, but let it be known that I would BET my money on it being correct! All the other facts are right!)

I have plans for many machinima movies and videos, I just need to find time to work on them... I kinda wish I has a team of friends to help me on these big projects. :( *sigh... At the rate Im going with them right now, it may as well take me my whole life. :(
